The Hidden Secrets of Ancient and Modern Mystics
For the past 3,000 years no mystic has fully described every level of human and non-cognitive/mystic consciousness.
There has always been a vast gap between the wisdom of mystics and the ordinary understanding of new seekers.
In the past 30 years the nature of the human mind has been thoroughly examined and discussed by scores of very bright psychologists, scientists, and philosophers.
But most of these psychologists and scientists stopped short of trying to fully define the various characteristics of transpersonal awareness (aka, beyond mind-body and space-time awareness). Without significant firsthand experiences, it has been too hard for them to do much more than simply speculate about what it might be like to experience the first level of eye center enlightenment.
Most seekers are just told to “meditate and it will all be revealed to you.” Unfortunately, this won’t satisfy most contemporary and new golden age seekers.
The highest levels of awareness are even more mysterious
Unfortunately, over the past 3,000 years the greater majority (95%+) of “spiritual” gurus haven’t gone much beyond the very first level of mystic enlightenment. So we can’t expect them to provide any accurate details about the higher levels of mystic consciousness.
The greatest mystics, however, have all reached the highest levels of celestial enlightenment. This includes the great mystics like: Buddha, Yeshua, Kabir, Guru Nanak, Soami Ji, Ramana, Nisargadatta, and several others.
However, these great mystics didn't live in an era where the average person wanted (or needed) to understand the differences and the characteristics of ALL these various levels of (non-cognitive) consciousness.
Most modern seekers are much different than ancient, medieval, and pre-modern seekers. They have more basic knowledge of mysticism, and they also have greater curiosity and a need for knowledge of higher levels of consciousness.
Today’s seekers are familiar, if not conversant, with a wide variety of scientific knowledge - including cosmology, physics, and psychology. They’re also much more familiar with the various viewpoints of a wide range of various religions and spiritual paths.
Most modern seekers are exceptionally curious!
Only a mystic who has experienced every level/dimension of 2D-to-10D consciousness (aka, mind-body awareness to divine celestial awareness) can properly define the entire journey for them.
2D-to-10D Dimensions of Consciousness
Over the past few years, I’ve created several podcasts describing the various characteristics of each level of transpersonal, non-cognitive consciousness.
I’ve discussed it by defining every level of consciousness, and by experiences you have in every hidden and non-hidden level of consciousness.
But today, I’m going to do something different. I’m going to describe the nature of consciousness from mind-body awareness to divine-awareness in combination with explanations of what you must learn to ignore during each stage of your inward journey.
I’ll start with the nature of mind-body awareness in 2D (height and width) and 3D (height, width, and depth) and then I’ll proceed to cover every other dimension of consciousness from 4D to 10D.
Along the way, I will also discuss the prerequisites that are necessary to achieve and abide in these different dimensions/levels of human and mystic awareness.

The Next Step on your Journey
The most important thing to remember on your inward journey is to always Start from Where You Are.
Look at yourself in the mirror; and take a long look at who you are right now.
Are you a novice, an average meditator, or a highly advanced mystic?
What are the types of attachments that might be holding you back?
Have you really gone beyond your fears and your desires?
Have you learned how to float through the world without actively thinking?
Do you still have a powerful sense of identity, or I-AM beingness?
Are you afraid of dying, or any other types of disaster?
Are you attached to your current lifestyle?
Can you sit and meditate for hours at a time?
No one, including gurus, is perfect. We all have faults. But it is important to realize what your greatest obstacles are - so that you can learn to go beyond them.
Stay tuned, there’s a ton of helpful information and meditation tips coming in future episodes of Spiritual Secrets.
